THE VILLA
This 4 bedroom luxury boutique villa is located right on the beach on the northern penninsula of Koh Samui in Ban Plai Laem.
The villa is arranged over three main buildings, together with a large infinity swimming pool and spacious outdoor dining and entertaining area.
Designed to align indoor and outdoor living, this modern and stylish villa benefits from amazing views over Big Buddha, Koh Phangnan and the marina.
LIVING
The proprty is situated on 800 sqm of absolute beachfront and features a glass-fronted 60 sqm open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This space opens out onto the swimming pool, garden, terraced areas, sala and just beyond, a gorgeous sandy beach.
There is plenty of room for dining, relaxing and entertaining. Our cool and stylish kitchen is well equipped for those lazy days when only relaxing around the pool will do and the large sofa area and 50" flat-screen TV with home entertainment system, will provide background music, viewing for movie nights and a space to catch up on the news or the latest sporting event.
The indoor dining table seats 10, ensuring that families and large groups are adequately catered for.
SLEEPING
Villa Red has four double bedrooms, each 36 sqm, all of which are en-suite. Beautifully decorated in soft grey and accented with our signature red, all rooms are private and open out onto the gardens.
The bathrooms are finished in soft terrazzo and two of the four bathrooms benefit from a terrazzo bath in addition to a shower.
Villa Red has been designed to accommodate families with small children, as well as couples, groups of friends and families with older children. The bedrooms are arranged in a pairs, separated by a private vestibule accessible by both rooms, to allow a two-room suite set-up, if required.
